Pre-Order

In General
- We will combine orders before placing an order to our Korea supplier.
- Order placement will be made to Korea supplier when:  

Pre-order end date is met regardless number of total orders. 
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not required.

- Please make payment to confirm your purchase of items for pre-order. Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is made.
- Check out for Pre-Order start and end date as indicated below. 
- If you have missed current pre-order, please wait for the next round. 


Waiting time 
- Estimated time from Pre-Order end date to stock arrival to Singapore is about 1-2 weeks, provided no delay or unexpected shipping problems from Korea. 
- Thus, waiting time from order placement to Korea suppliers to your receipt of items is estimated to be 2-3 weeks.
- Please place an order with us only if you are comfortable with the waiting time and terms & condition. 
- Please refer to the link for festive/public holidays in Korea. Please allow a longer delivery time if your order shipment/transit falls on these dates.

Policy 
- In the rare event of stock unavailability (out of stock), we will inform you asap and all payment made to us for your affected pre-order item(s) will be fully refunded. 
- Goods sold cannot be returned. Strictly no return and exchange policy
- As best as we could, we try to source for quality products. However, your understanding is much appreciated, in that we hold no responsibility for color variations from those shown across different display settings, personal dislike and/or dissatisfaction of products , which would not affect product's functionality.
- In the very rare event of any unexpected shipping problems causing failure of stock deliver from Korea to Singapore, though it's beyond our control, we are willing to absorb all costs incurred, and thus, all your payment made to that particular item(s) from the affected shipping will be fully refunded. This is our commitment to our customers.


Shipping 

- Singpost Delivery Service: 
  1. Normal - Flat rate @ SGD1.50 (regardless number of items)
  2. Registered Mail - Additional SGD2.50 on top of normal postage
- Buy 2 items (item listed in set is considered as 1 item) and above, enjoy FREE delivery.
- Free delivery options: 
  1. Door to door delivery. Appointment made with Okfbstore.
  2. Free Registered Mail delivery
- After stock arrival from Korea, we will dispatch items on NEXT WORKING DAY. 
(Note: Working day is from MONDAY to FRIDAY) 
- We make our best effort to package every parcel with proper care and attach with a "Handle with Care" label. For shipping in Singapore, we are not liable in any case of lost parcel(s) / mis-handling of parcel(s) by Singpost, which is beyond our control. We provide "Certificate of Posting' for normal mail and 'Registered Article Number' for registered mail.
